It's illegal in Texas for students to possess or use a THC vape. If caught, they could face severe legal consequences, including felony charges, in addition to school disciplinary actions. Schools enforce strict no-vaping policies—any student caught with a vape will have it confiscated, face disciplinary measures, and may be placed in an alternative education program. Parents, talk to your children about the dangers of vaping and the serious consequences they could face at school.
